It was one of those really realistic dreams, where you wake up and you have like a exsistiential crisis because you're unsure if it happened or if you just like saw the future or something.

Anyway, in it I woke up to my uncle getting up and going into the kitchen to make coffee. I heard him talk to himself in a giddy voice, "Hey! How are you? I'm great! How are you?" then he walked back into the bathroom connected to my room. I could see into the bathroom from my bed, and see him put one foot on the toilet seat, take off his hat and pour his coffee into it, then poor it into the toilet. He looks at me and says something about how the house is hot, and already really unsettled by his behavior, I agreed and hoped he'd go away. Instead he walks into the room with this dead look in his eyes and no facial expression and comes to the side of my bed. (Loft bed so his face was just about at my level). He lifts up his hand and he has a butcher knife in his hand and just inserts it between two of my ribs on my left side.

I wake up then, sweaty and a bit freaked out because if was so damn realistic, like I could feel the fucking knife. Prolly didnt help that he has a hustory of mental illness, so i was even more convinced. I'm awake for maybe 30 seconds when I hear him open his door and walk to the kitchen just like my dream, and start crying like and baby because I was so scared. Fml, it was really dumb but just super unsettling for some reason.
