What sexual fetish do you not understand? And if somebody has that fetish, please explain what you enjoy about it.

If you have chronic constipation or diarrhea, and by chronic I mean frequently over the course of years or the majority of your life, it can weaken your pelvic floor muscles and cause a prolapse.

It doesn't usually start out as severe. It usually happens the first time when you're taking a shit and usually is only a partial prolapse. The initial times it happens, it's often just the mucus membrane popping out like a tiny bulb. Usually at this time it goes back in quickly on it's own after you release your muscles.

You do feel it come out and you feel it go back in. It's harder to shit after the initial prolapse from the rectum being in different positions and possibly bunched up and from the disorientation of trying to use muscles that you've used your entire life that are no longer located/attached in the same place. You never really think about conciously controlling each muscle that's involved in taking a crap until those muscles start working differently.

It's not painless. It's really uncomfortable all the time. You always feel like you have to go to the bathroom, even when you don't, and when you do actually have to go, it's a long and frustrating process that takes a long time to really feel like you're done. You basically get done and then have to wipe forever because your fucked up rectum is all bunched up and doesn't always empty completely. It doesn't always prolapse, meaning rectum making an uninvited guest appearance outside of your asshole, but the symptoms of it are pretty constant regardless. You get stomach cramps. There's a deep radiating pain in your lower back, I assume from straining them from the disorientation of all your lower torso muscles when you have to desperately try out different muscles after having to basically relearn how to shit. Sometimes your lower intestines bulge into other organs, like the back of your vagina, and that is also really uncomfortable and deeply painful. Sometimes the pain makes it horrible to do anything other than lay down flat on your back. However, since most medical info only lists DIRECT symptoms and the pain is mostly indirect, caused by the stress on your lower back muscles and the stress throughout your body that comes from being constant discomfort that causes your body to tense up and hold your muscles rigid, most of the info reports online tend to not mention the pain.

I can't imagine purposely forcing my body to do this, especially for the YEARS that some of the fetishists do. Not just because the shock of your inner organs coming out never goes away despite getting more severe and frequent, but because the symptoms of it are pretty much constant and so uncomfortable.

The only real fix is surgery. I'm in the process of a slew of upcoming appointments to plan for the surgery right now and have been since it first prolapsed a little over a month ago. It's hellish and I've only been dealing with it for a short while. I truly don't understand the fetish.
