What is the stupidest 'unique' name you've ever heard?

This list made me re-think this game. Most of these are perfectly reasonable names, and if somebody thinks they’re ridiculous I guess I will just stop caring if names seem ridiculous or not. (Although it’s hard to defend the random Ys and extra consonants, I guess.)

Even the unusual ones...I think Jonashua sounds pretty cool. I recently interacted with a woman named Zillian, like Jillian with a Z, and thought it was a super great name. And I have a good friend from Thailand named Talent, which was weird for about one day and now is just his name.

My son is named Levi. Normal right? The Hebrew pronunciation is “Lay-vee” which I guess you’d think is weird. My own name, which I won’t share, is Hebrew and many people find it unusual. It’s actually a really common name, though. Eli is pronounced “Elly” or “Ay-lee” in Hebrew (usually as a boy name, short for Eliyahu, Eliezer, or many others...Elimelech, I could go on).

My kids have a friend down the block named Justice. Great kid, totally normal name. I like the name True, tbh. I dunno...different cultures and languages have different naming practices. It is really hard not to roll my eyes at some of the extra y names or kreatyve spellings, though.
