What were some of the worst experiences you have had while working in the fast food industry?

Fast casual, but I used to work at WingStop back in high school. One day, guy comes in and orders a traditional wing meal with everything well done. He specified that he wants his fries EXTRA cripsy. Repeats that like 5 times. So we fry up his food even past the usual 'well done' time period and bring it out for him. I place it on the counter and begin repeating his order to make sure everything is there. He interrupts me and says "These fries are not well done. I said I wanted them well done." I look down at the fries, which are probably so well done they're almost burnt. "I apologize sir, I can throw them back in for you if you'd like" he looks at me like I grew another head "But I asked you to make my fries crispy. Are you stupid? Do these LOOK crispy?!" His voice rose as he rambled on and finally threw the fries at me as well as his ranch. I was so bewildered that I couldn't do anything else but stare at this guy as he continued to screech at me. My boss ran up and told me to go sit in the back while she handled it. I have never cried so hard in my life or been so disrespected.
