You are wrong. Your viewpoint shows how little you understand or lightly you have been exposed to the topic. If you want to argue that "most unsavvy retailers should not try to time the market", fine. If you want bring detail to the topic by asking "what kind of marketing timing are we talking about? What time horizon are we even talking about?" Fine. But you are simply factually wrong if you simply believe generally that "markets can't be timed."
