AIDS denialism is so incredibly weird. From what I understand, beliefs range from ‘AIDS is real, but HIV doesn’t cause it’, ‘AIDS is real, but it isn’t as bad as big pharma would have you believe’, to straight up believing that AIDS is a made up illness and the people diagnosed with it are perfectly healthy. They of course encourage people to go off their medication, have unprotected sex, and breastfeed their children.

Naturally, a lot of the movement’s supporters have died of AIDS related complications (including a poor, innocent child) but they claim they died premature deaths for other reasons. The Foo Fighters even promoted it for a while!

Also, as if the anti-vax crowd wasn’t bad enough, there are those that believe in various cures for autism, including a magical panacea called MMS, which is an industrial bleach. Yes, these subhuman freaks are giving their autistic children bleach. They believe it can cure HIV, cancer, the common cold — everything. It’s also connected to Scientology, huge surprise. Big pharma is supposedly behind hiding this miracle as well.
