What is your scariest and/or strangest experience while camping?

One time I was camping with a bunch of other guys and decided to prank one of them that was sleeping in a hammock instead of inside a tent. A bunch of my friends and I got up around 4 am and snuck over to a kid we knew was a deep sleeper. Being super stealthy and careful, we untied him from the trees and supported him perfectly while we carried him over to a nearby group campsite that was empty and tired his hammock back up. When he woke up he was alone in a giant opening with no idea where he was or what happened to the rest of us. He claimed that for a few minutes before he got his wits about him and figured out what happened it was the most scared he's ever been. Sorry Josh.
