I have a couple. My dad’s sister was murdered by boy when she was 3 years old. My uncle was five. They were playing outside and this kid who was 13 or 14 at the time lured them into the woods. He beat her with a brick. My dad never met his sister because he was the baby in the family. The kid had to go get psychiatric help...he was being abused by his father. He has a family and kids now. Oh, and my grandmother forgave him.

The second story is another one with my dad. He was helping my step-grandfather’s brother flip houses. The guy was a real creep. He always made sick jokes about killing his wife with his buds and my dad said the stories would make his stomach turn. His wife was basically a vegetable in a wheel chair because he would beat the crap out of her. She couldn’t even speak. One day my parents were watching the news and authorities found a dead body faced down under a bridge. They figured it was some kind of accident or suicide. His name was Alex and he died a 5 plus years ago. My parents said it was definitely him.
