A passed out girl being sexually assaulted by 3 or 4 guys.

I was 15 or 16 at the time, a freshman. It was the summer, and I went to a senior party with a bunch of friends. For most of the people there it was the last hurrah before heading off to college.

We showed up at the place, a huge house in a nice neighborhood, the parents greeted us at the door (!!??) and led us downstairs to a monstrous unfinished basement filled with what seemed to be hundreds of people.

We settled in, got some drinks into ourselves, and eventually found some pot to purchase. We smoked one, then I found a quiet spot to roll up #2. Halfway through the job I noticed a couple sitting across from me. Girl was clearly passed out, and the guy was kissing her neck.

I didn't think too much of it until his friends showed up and started to seem to egg him on. First he started grabbing her over the clothes, then a hand went up her shirt, then his hand went down her pants. I was concerned, but when a second guy stuck his hand down her pants, my stomach sank.

These guys were all much older than me, and being young, intoxicated, and uncertain, I wasn't sure what to do. It got worse when she woke up, clearly loaded, and started crying. The guys didn't let up. One of them locked eyes with me (I guess I was starting as I was having my internal meltdown) and I freaked out and left.

I tried to convince my friends to leave, but they wouldn't, so I ended up getting out of there alone. That was the longest walk home of my life. The guilt of not speaking up, not telling the parents, not doing ANYTHING ate at me for a good long time.

I've since forgiven my young, stupid self for not doing the right thing that night, but it still remains as one of my biggest regrets.
