Discovered i was allergic to naproxen; i got a rash from it. A rash that turned into oozing scabbed over sores on various places of my skin. Including on my ballsack.

This was pretty bad on its own, but i discovered the allergy on a backpacking trip. After the rash got worse, i hiked out, and at the end of the day my scrotum was oozing over several quarter-sized patches.

The really bad part was after i got a shower & a meal, i drove about 3 hours. Sitting down in the truck, i felt a lot better than hiking. But little did i know that my sores were scabbing over... When i got out of the truck togo into the motel i ripped a quarter of one of the scabs off that had dried into my underpants.

Now i was standing, one leg out of my truck, the other buttcheek still on the seat. Every little motion I made was telegraphed directly to the boys. There was nothing i could do but hold still, it was the single most excruciating thing of my life; any motion pulled my undies away from the sack and made the pain even worse. After several minutes stuck half-in, half-out of my truck, i realized i had to tear the rest of the scab off if i was going to walk anywhere. Pain went from serious to the point i thought i might pass out, i was bawling and didn't give a shit from the searing pain as i deliberately tore my boxers down, and in doing so tore the scabs and hairs off my ballsack.

Tl;dr: i had to rip fresh scabs off my nuts
