What's not as bad as everyone says?

The worst alcoholic at 30 can be at optimum healthy physically and mentally if that’s truly their goal.

Issue with addiction and getting better is not seeing a point for such hard work when they can just continue on their “easy” path til the end. And its something understandable, 14 billion years of not, existence doesnt have much point.

But as far as your DNA goes, it has to trace back all the way to first living organism, its 70% water, so it traces back to the first drop of water on this earth etc etc all the way to the big bang, it took 14 billion years to put it together, science does not believe in design so I understand why most of the western world does not feel our bodies are the most complex creation of this universe to experience itself.
