Surprisingly, nothing too awful. I've side-stepped or remained ignorant of all the big drama.

However, a couple months ago when my static was new we recruited someone I was involved with long-distance as our PLD. He had great numbers and connections in our FC, so it seemed like a solid idea regardless. Fast forward to us splitting up, lots of stress and hurt feelings on both sides, and having raid together the night after.

Raid goes surprisingly well. No bickering or anything. I ask him privately outside of the game if we can try to smooth things out and stay civil while beating on giant robots, at least. He blocks me across a number of platforms, including Discord where we discuss strategies.

At the time I'm already struggling to keep my composure in raid, and this awkward communication wall is the last straw. I contact our static leader and tell him what's going on, and that something needs to change or someone needs to leave.

I was convinced I was going to be out of a static soon because I didn't want to pressure him to remove the more experienced player (my ex). They kept me, life went on, and I learned a valuable lesson or two.
