What's the worst, most infuriating, experience buying something?

FINNALLY! I GET TO TELL IT! enjoy this, because it make me more mad than ever.

Alright, so a few years ago at gamestop, I purchased a wireless gaming headset.

when the employee went to get the headset from out the back, they got the empty box from the shelf, and put a loose headset out of the packaging in there.

So what, i don't care if it was taken out of the box as long as it was out back, However, they didn't put in the audio cables needed for the wireless transmitter.

so i said "hey, you forgot the audio cables"

he then said "No i didnt, there are no wires, IT'S WIRELESS" And he said it as if i was the dumbest person on the face of the earth for even thinking it.

I then explained that even though the headset its self was wireless, you still needed a cord for the transmitter because otherwise you couldn't connect it to a tv.

So, for the next 5 FUCKING minutes, i try to explain it to him, however, he continues to keep arguing "IT'S WIRELESS, YOU DON'T NEED WIRES"- again, speaking to me like i'm an idiot

So, after a few minutes he goes out back, and when he returns says "you know what, they're not MEANT to be included, but i'll throw them in anyway"

THIS MADE ME SO MAD, he KNEW he was wrong, but couldn't own up to it, so he made it sound like he was doing me a favour.

When I got home, he had forgotten the chat cable as well (mind you, all of this says it's included on the back of the box)

so, i drove all the way back to the store and asked for them, to where he trys to redeem himself by saying how it must have been the company's fault for not including them.

He then goes out back, gets the cable and brings it back to me.

I was so pissed.
