A thousand years ago, it was the Normans invading England. Eight months ago, earth was invaded by our nearest neighbors in this universe; the Alpha Centaurians are what we've learned to call them.

On the first day, they wiped out half of Europe and we couldn't do anything to stop them. After that first day, we did more to stop them, they didn't have the element of surprise anymore, but they still enslaved half of humanity. We used our biggest bombs on them, dropped right onto their smallest ships by spy planes at extremely high altitudes and not even those bombs, with payloads of 2 tonnes of C4, could bring them down.

Luckily, we still have some brilliant young scientists here in Germany. My friend Robert Oppenheimer has figured out a way to make a theoretical bomb out of Uranium that could destroy an entire city and the brilliant Robert Goddard has ideas for delivering that payload that could get all the way to the Centaurian ships still in Earth's orbit. Imagine that, we could take out one of the Centaurian motherships with a single bomb.

I've been working on a different project. About a year ago, I accidentally created a wormhole in my laboratory. It looked nothing like the ones you see on TV; it was half a centimeter wide, and 2 meters high and you could look straight through it into this same spot about 160 years ago. I have been experimenting with my quantum field generators to widen the wormhole enough for a grown man to walk through it and today I had a breakthrough. All I had to do was use palladium as the fusion source instead of helium to increase the energy yields.

There have already been preparations to send Goddard and Oppenhiemer through, but we need a strategist to be sure that the glorious nation of Germany makes it through this, and I can think of nobody who loves this nation and (most of) its people than I. Now all I have to do is convince our leaders that I, Adolf Hitler, am the person to lead Germany to greatness.
