I see where you’re coming from, and I get it.. kinda. It does feel like shit to be misgendered, but I don’t think it’s the same thing getting misgendered as a girl for me (trans guy) as it is for an envy getting (misgendered?) as they if that persons pronouns are xe/xer. Cause both they/them and xe/xer mean the person is non binary, so where is the misgendering? Think of it this way. Let’s say society called boys he/him and xi/xim. Both sets of pronouns means that persons a guy there’s no difference between the two. I wouldn’t care which set pronouns someone called me cause both mean “this person is a guy.” There is no misgendering cause both sets of pronouns mean the same gender. I’m not trying to be mean, just trying to get my point across.
