When did your "Something is very wrong here" feeling turned out to be true?

Went to a club with some friends. I didn't really want to go, but seeing as I was invited out by 4 girls (I'm a dude) I figured I'll see what happens. Someone in the group knew someone at the club so we had a VIP table etc. One of the girls leaves us for 10-15 minutes and we figured she was going to the bathroom or dancing. When she comes back she just slumps onto the couch and seems completely off. I decided I should get her out of there and as we are walking out and towards an Uber her whole body just starts to shut down. I tried to carry her but noticed that she had zero control of her body. Eventually I set her down on the ground and yelled at someone to come help. I unlocked my phone, gave it to them, and said "You need to call 911 right now!". I found security guards that were around to come help and tried to keep my friend awake. By now my other friends were outside being hysterical so I took one aside and just said "You need to keep everyone as calm as possible. Get them home and I will stay with [girl in trouble] and text you updates. Everything will be fine. I need you to trust me". I called them an Uber and they left just before the ambulance arrived. We got in and to the hospital where they treated her for whatever someone slipped in her drink.

I had just figured she got way too drunk/tired but once her body just started to kinda give up I knew something else was wrong. Sadly it happened recently so everything is still burned into my mind, but everyone was ok by the end of the night.
