Which division has the best starting QBs?

Rodgers and Stafford are a bit better collectively than Brees and Ryan, or about the same at the very worst. Cousins should be great with the stacked supporting cast he has that made Keenum look like a fringe MVP candidate and considering he looked good even with all of the injuries to Washington last season. Cam is better on a good day but the problem is super inconsistent so I'd say that's about even too.

The real deciding factor will be Winston and Trubisky. If Trubisky makes a Wentz/Goff like jump in his second season because of the new coaching staff and infinitely better supporting cast on offense, I'd take him over Winston unless Winston manages to do something similar.
