This guy is one of the few people to ever get fired. Our company has two 6 month "employee improvement" probation period.

He would always be sick and not show up on Mondays during football season. He was loud and obnoxious, rarely did any work. He would use chew throughout the day, during meetings (with chiefs and directors) while giving presentations. Had bottles of of spit up chew laying around the office.

Constantly talked about sex and orgies in the office. Talked about rape scenarios of other coworkers. Used racial and derogatory slurs. Extremely hostile with people who disagreed with him and made threats of physical violence.

When one person finally reported him to HR and they did an investigation, there was an overwhelming amount of people who came forward to tell all the fucked up things he did. He was fired the very next day. Turns out he was already on probation too.

This is in the HQ of a huge multi billion dollar company where the running joke is that it's impossible to get fired. Yet he somehow succeeded.
