Most people who say "I don't wear a mask" usually phrase it as

"I am AGAINST TYRANNY, and continue the GOOD FIGHT by not wearing a piece of paper on my face. LITERALLY STALINISM (in our Capitalist country)"

Personally, people should wear them in busses and in hospitals (as vulnerable don't have a choice in those situations, and it's fuck all of an effort to a healthy person).
