Who is this stranger you only saw once, but still think about sometimes?

I think about this stranger except i didnt see him but heard him.

He was a customer support executive and i was 14-15 booking an online flight ticket for my parents (they arent technologically comfortable)

Right before i was gonna click "pay" (in was an expensive ticket) the website's support called us just to confirm the details of card and date of flight.

Honestly I've booked tickets a number of times but to this day i have no clue why they called me right before i clicked on the payment option.

(No it wasn't a fraud call because an automated process verified the credit card details and it happened over 8 years ago we haven't been robbed yet)

So this guy calls and says "hello i am calling from asdfghjkl.com and we noticed you're on the payments page for a while now, im going to read out your details blablabla" and that's when i realized i had the wrong date booked so i started freaking the fuck out.

But this angel of a person like literally the kindest customer support person I've ever had the pleasure of coming across, was walking me through the whole thing

He was constantly reassuring me every minute or so, consoling me saying "it's alright don't worry".

I was internally freaking out so honestly i dont know how he knew i was having a mental breakdown.

Even as he was editing my errors in silence every now and then he'd be like "it's okay I'm fixing it, you don't have a thing to worry about". He then transferred my call to an automated service to enter the card details and was like "don't worry after you're done entering your details the call will revert back to me everything is gonna be fine."

All went well after that the ticket was fine everything was fine, i have no idea who that angel was i should've asked his name to write a positive review or something but i was young and didn't know any better.

TL;DR : An angel customer support tech saved an 14year old's ass from booking an incorrect expensive flight ticket for my parents
