Who was your coworker from hell?

Well I used to have a shitty work ethic as a kid, I worked through that and I'm independently motivated, working 50-70 hours a week. Whatever is available and I'm physically able to do. I survived though, I recovered. This person would rather not be alive than go through whatever it was. So yeah, his issues actually do excuse him because they were actually real.

Adhd has a huge range, and it has enough serious comorbidities that can range from a slight inconvenience to life threatening. I mean I get it "we all have our issues", but clearly this person was suffering something that ended up being terminal. I'm not saying treat everyone with kids gloves. I'm saying take them at their word maybe and have a little empathy ffs. Nobody is saying the boss needs to be a damn psychic, or put up "safe spaces" every six feet and installing foam padding in every corner. They're being asked to be taken at their word, not "everyone has issues maggot, now gtf back to work or you're fired".
