Great anecdote. I have one about a guy named Rodney King if you’d like to hear it. We can go back and forth all day with “oh this cop helped me” and “this cop killed an innocent man”. But what neither stories change is the fact that cops aren’t here to protect you but to protect the capital and property of those in charge. Cops originated from Slave Catching Squads and Strike Breakers. And someone else posted Warren v District of Columbia.

Anyway, I hope you change your mind on the police. Sure one can be a good person but the act of putting oneself into that institution (even with the intent to do good) perpetuates it, and the system is broken. Thus all cops are (say it with me) ______.
