I have plenty of close friendships with men and women and have plenty of stories and people confide in me with their secrets. So much so that it’s made me think twice about marriage because I know so much cheating goes on. I’ve seen that same type of conversation in guys group chats on WhatsApp and many keep it completely secret & never get caught.
Of course women cheat too I’m not denying that!
13 years relationship I would say theirs high chance someone has strayed or thought about it at some stage. Especially when so young. I’ve lost count how many times people have told me they regret marrying so young not because they didn’t love their parent or not unhappy but just because they didn’t explore enough.
The key thing is if she slept with the coworker or not. Because that’s full on affair & real. I dont condone sexting but they are two different things. When I read these posts or comment I go into it not focusing on the gender. Because everything is valid for either gender. I also can understand and see why a lot of my male friends cheated. Because they confided in me and explained it to me openly it’s interesting from their perspective you learn a lot. I still think it’s wrong & don’t condone it but I don’t think men are always the bad guy so don’t assume that of me
