I agree with you, most women I’ve talked to aren’t into the steroid look, I’m sure many are too cause different strokes but unless all the books I’ve read are full of shit, biologically a man that can protect and provide for his family are more attractive, physical strength and status meant survival of offspring. I think you would be hard pressed to find a women that doesn’t find either of those traits sexy.

It might not be relevant in today’s society because women are more than capable of being providers too but it makes more sense than not that a lot of the things both sexes find traditionally attractive were from less evolved times.
