I don’t know how to make my wife comfortable with this. I don’t even think it’s the videos, my wife said that she doesn’t like me being so close with her so I guess it’s a other issue.

Then stop doing the videos for now, focus on your marriage, sit down with your wife, and see if you can get on the same page.

Yes, she most likely is uncomfortable mainly because you're spending this much time with a 26 year old she doesn't know, having fun etc. and putting it out there for everyone to see. Maybe it will help if you introduce your colleague to your wife, if you give her more heads up about the videos you're planning on doing etc.
