This doesn't hold weight.
What holds weight is Leviticus not having anything to do with the New Covenant. This leaves Paul as the breaker (your argument is sounder with the word ἀρσενοκοῖται), and "marriage is between a man and a woman" - which kinda kills all this for fundamentalists.
The Bible doesn't have to be "right" in order for copies of it to be generally consistent. https://www.codexsinaiticus.org/en/ The Codex (Bible) Sinaiticus is mid 4th century, and oldest manuscripts (https://manuscripts.csntm.org/) are 2nd century. There's inconsistencies, but a lot of copies to get a pretty solid idea of what scripture's supposed to be.
