I was on a train going between Swansea and Cardiff with a mate a few months back, talking about how terrible the trains are in Welsh and some guy just comes up and tells us "You are in the UK, you only speak English. Speak any other language and I will be quite happy to give you a train ticket to the airport."

My friend, being a Plaid Cymru (Welsh Political Party like the SNP - believe in a Independent Wales) activist was just about to absolute hit the roof of the train before a 80 year old ish Women from the other side of the train just tells the guy "Where you going?"

Guy replies "What business is it to do with you bruv?"

Woman "You heard me Bach where are you going" (Bach in welsh being used as "used as a term of endearment, often after a personal name")

guy : "Bristol?"

woman : "Why is that? To go back into the sheltered life of being back in England which murdered millions and forced people to speak the same language and worship the same king or queen? To learn a language that is so pure that its a mixture of Welsh, French and German? And you are scare that some Welsh talking about how terrible the trains are going to come and overthrow the country? if thats the case, Stay in England and cuddle up with your little snowflakes and keep watching Trump and Fox News and keep praying to Farage every night."
