I work with CGI and this is my 2nd attempt in trying create Photorealism with interiors! Took around 100hrs for the whole project!

This piece is really well done. You should be very proud of it.

I’m an arch-viz professional, and the only things that jumped out at me were the off-brass color of the victrola, and the throw pillows dead center (fabric doesn’t feel right were they crumple). Both aren’t “wrong”, just have a little uncanny valley feel to them

That’s not a negative, because this is great.

I will say, it’a also why non-photoreal still has a high value, because clients don’t always need photoreal, and 100 hours of studio time would be about $15,000

Exceptional high end PR work (cinematic, flawless, like dBox etc) can be 7500 per piece.

That, and the time it takes to do them, and the fact they it all must be designed to a ‘T’, means we old guys doing more traditional hand-done work (although often also digital, just not photoreal) can still charge 3500, 4500 or more for a piece that takes one or two days.

What was the software?
