Worst First Gym Experience Ever

I started going to the gym 2 weeks ago, first time there I took a flying start kind of lesson from a personal coach one time 15,- euro or something like that. Like you I brought a program that appealed to me from the wiki and discussed it with the guy. So with my program in hand we went over all exercises from program and did all movements. He showed me then I copied from him, and then he commented on my form etc. For each exercise I got a starting weight and the recommendation to do each exercise 3 sets of 15 (something about muscle memory form ,etc) So there's where I'm at, 3 times a week I put a workout bag in the car and straight out of work I go to the gym (if I go home first chances are I will stay there, so now I have to go)

About you, 115lbs including the bar? The bar alone weighs 45. You know you can count that in? For reference for a squat (i'm at bar plus 10kg so about 66lbs times 3 sets of 15) My advice; lower the weights, up reps and stick to your program. And throwing up? you can't keep that up if you want to work out multiple times a week. the day after gym I'm sore all over.
