Worst teacher: my 4th grade teacher was a racist who hated white boys. I was a very non-offensive, quiet kid who has never been to detention before or since, I got it for messing up while reading to the class. Other kids who were more obtrusive got it way, way worse. Then there’s the history teacher who refused to teach history because he “aspired to teach people how to learn” and therefore came up with random memorization exercises instead of actually teaching material. He was fired. She wasn’t.

Worst professor: one of my professors has a powerpoint slide per day count of ~130. It’s a hour long class, and I’m not excluding exam days.
