[WP] Write up your favorite daydream of something you wish you could do in real life or something you wish would happen to you in real life.

A young man walks through the door of his empty apartment. "Wahoo two days off!" He screams after finishing one of his two jobs. It is not often he gets days off and two in a row is almost unheard of, but he needs the money to save for the house he will one day buy. His smile waivers, but only for a second, as he thinks of his university assignments due in a week. I'll have plenty of time for that tomorrow, tonight I am getting drunk and playing video games.

The clock strikes two in the morning and regret sets into his intoxicated mind. Don't worry tomorrow I will do all the work it is only two thousand words, he tells himself. I am going to get up early and work hard. He sets his alarm for eight and goes to bed. Six hours later the alarm buzzes like a distant light flashing in the background of an abandoned warehouse, forgotten along with the other dreams.

The man awakes many times during the morning, but has no motivation to move. It is well past noon when the man finally gets out of bed. He failed, he didn't get up like he wanted, didn't do the assignment like he wanted. He drags himself in front of the mirror and proclaims. I can do this! I've been through harder times. I will just play a couple of games and then do some homework; he tells himself. The ideas and motivation echo through his head like thunder in the night sky. But as quick as lightning the day is gone. Wasted avoiding his problems playing video games. Once again the man sets his alarm, seven O'clock this time. One more day left, I can do this.

Seven in the morning the alarm blares, but this time he jumps out of bed slams the off button with his palm. High fiving his phone on his way to a great morning. The sun creaks through the blinds as he strolls into the kitchen, after a minute the kettle is boiled and he enjoys his morning coffee. The warmth of the sun and coffee coarse him into taking a nice morning stroll before starting easing his way into the uni work that awaits him.

He gets to the park when his phone begins to buzz, its his ex girlfriend.

"hello? what do you want?"

"I just wanted to apologise for hitting and abusing you through-out our four year relationship, even though you never hit me back or deserved any of it. Infact you were a great boyfriend and my mother and family miss you. I am also sorry for cheating on you when I was in the mental hospital which you accompanied me in and always visited me, even though I always accused you of cheating when you never did.

"get fucked skank, I am happier without you." The man once again high fives his phone with a grin on his face, finally saying the words he so desperately needed to speak to close the door on his past.

Before long he returns to his apartment where he signs off his video games and struggles through his uni work. Whilst browsing for references he gathers the courage to check his dating profile where the girl he fancies has finally replied to his message, suggesting a time and date to meet up. After a grueling day of work the man faces the mirror one last time before sleeping in bed.

You did it bro, you got up early, you stood up to your ex-girlfriend and you finished your work. I am proud of you.
