Look at r/louderwithcrowder it’s a conservative meme page. He’s a comedian who honestly isn’t funny. So I believe that this is satirical. Also, he didn’t provide any details other than a tweet which I’m pretty sure can be faked with a semi-obscure website. This tells me that unless he is brain dead stupid, then this is satire.

If it had some sort of evidence(Like “Bibden hired this guy as the Tax Cutter agency director and he just so happens to be the husband of the CEO of an oil company”) then I could believe it to not be satire a little bit more.
