I dont like either option but I also feel there's no sure fire solution- the issue is very complex. The kids shouldnt be punished because someone is a perv, the perv should be punished. The question is how do you effectively do that? Some of the videos are clearly perverted in nature and those should be taken down and the posting user reported, that much is obvious. Still, for how much data YouTube handles I dont feel AI is good enough to find those videos and shutting down the entire platform until it is (possibly 10 years from now) I feel is a bit extreme because something harder to catch will take its place.

That's the silver lining, these videos are out there on one of the most public websites. It's not some dark web shit that we cant do anything about. Maybe Anon will dox the pervs, who knows.
