12 Weeks on Stronglifts 5x5 and a few questions

Holy crap! You lost 30 pounds in 3 months! I've only lost 5 pounds in like 1.5 months LOL. I'm currently trying to get my body fat % to 8% from somewhere between 15-20% (no idea what it is). Been doing SL5x5 3 times a week along with basketball for 90 minutes a day 4 times a week. Also on a bit of a caloric deficit, avoiding starchy carbs, mainly eating vegetables, 0 processed foods, 0 refined sugar, 0 soda, low-low-low carbs, fortunately increasing strength, but not really losing fat... :( Skin has completely cleared up though and I feel full of energy all the time. I would love to know how you've lost so much weight! :) Strength increases since beginning of June (summer gains) 5'10" 172lb ==> 163lb Squat: 135 ==> 245 Bench: 105 ==> 185 DL: 135 ==> 245 Shoulder: 85 ==> 115 Row: 135 ==> 185 I do 90 minutes of pickup 5on5 basketball games where I'm constantly running up and down the court the whole time and I do this sometimes even on strength training days. I just love basketball ok.
