A 14 year old wondering what is some advice you guys would like to give? School related or anything like that?

High school is a great time to learn good study habits. My first semester of college was a huge punch in the face to me. Even just spending 15-20 minutes a day saying "I'm gonna do an extra trig problem" "I'm going to rewrite that intro to my essay" is great.

For the vast majority of your life any issues you're having in high school about friends or sex or whatever...you're going to have to think hard to remember any details. Think about Christmas when you were 6. It's going to be fuzzy like that, your whole teenage hood. Whatever crap you go through, it is not forever.

Go ahead and try a million different things right now. Now is the time! Write a poem, try to learn to play guitar, make a comicbook, whatever. Even the things I failed at, I'm sure glad I tried them.

Remember what I said about not remembering high school? I kinda lied. You will always remember and regret any time you treated someone bad who didn't deserve it. You will wake up thinking about it at 1 am when you're 40. Be kind to people.

Get a good collection of knives. Butterfly knives and switchblades are cool but you can't go wrong with a simple pocketknife. Hunting knives, those bigass ones, those are pretty good but a lot of em - the cheap ones - they're made of cheap metal so watch it. Get a good sharpening stone and learn how to use it. Always make sure your knives are in top shape should you have to use them. No one will be your friend like your knives.
