They told me a couple weeks ago I had 4 hrs of TOT the day before. I literally said to the AM (wasn't my AM as I was being labor shared to pick), "Excuse me?!? You must have the wrong person" Then she quickly scrolled through some chart that made no sense and pointed out all these supposed 20+ min periods of time where I had no activity. I explained that I was in my department for the first 5 hrs of the day and in order for me to have 4 hrs I'd of had to have been hiding somewhere in the building for 4 straight hours and only worked the last hour and 45 min. She just shrugged and told me to get back to work and wouldn't explain it to me.

I stopped by the HR managers office the next day and he said he didn't have any email from her about me so that she must have excused the time since she just told me to go back to work and didn't address it right on the spot. He couldn't explain how I could have gotten it either, I'm not one of those to goof off like others do, I work the entire time.

I also asked him why no one came and talked to me at all that day if I really got 4 hrs of TOT because I thought that someone was supposed to come talk to you when you had 30 min of TOT but I some how accumulated 4 hrs with not a peep from anyone?
