Plenty of women either don’t care or don’t enjoy receiving oral. You’re definitely not fucked. I don’t like it and I much prefer PIV sex to anything oral either way.

That aside though, as other commenters have said, this sounds like a trauma issue more so than simply a preference issue. I’m so sorry for what you went through. Don’t let anyone tell you how to feel about it or that it wasn’t rape; it was. Please see a therapist who can help you sort through that experience and how it may have molded your views and preferences. You shouldn’t have to let that hang over you and just bottle it up. You are entitled to your feelings and you deserve to express them as well.
