2nd Trump-appointed judge publicly says she will not hire Yale clerks

Sounds like a unique opportunity for some enterprising recent Ivy League grads to explore the nuances the Equal Opportunity Act.

At minimum, this magistrate should really be taken to task in at least making certain he puts in the leg works necessary to demonstrate their chosen candidates we hired based on preferred knowledge, skills, and abilities, and not based on overly generalized arbitrary personal opinions regarding otherwise sufficiently accredited institutions.

While I can't speak on fair hiring practices in the private sector, as a public sector human resource officer, seeing this sort of statement by a hiring manager would definitely raise some red flags for me.
