I just finished a build that cost total $350, including shipping. I bought a PSU and GPU off of /r/hardwareswap to save some money, but you don't have to. Since I only finished yesterday, the only game I ran was CS:GO, and it ran very well. I definitely recommend this build for anyone who's on a budget and still wants pretty good performance.
