I wish I could express how thankful I am for this AMAZING and we’ll thought out advice. I won’t utter a single word to anyone in my family, no matter what. I always had a bad omen that whenever I told my family anything they’d jinx it and the opposite would happen. (in addition with your reasoning too)

I also have an escape bag as well! For any emergency. I live from my suitcases because I don’t have my own room so it will be hard for them to be able to tell which one is my escape bag :)

I will look at shelters as an option which should be a last resort if things don’t work out
