AITA for avoiding/ignoring an elderly woman that underpaid me for yard work?

Idk, I am not a very good bullshitter, if she says something like "you are off 4 days a week, you can put aside a day to help me, right?" I would feel pretty stupid saying "actually I picked up an extra 4 shifts a week for the foreseeable future, so I can't".

I just feel like the truth would have to come out and ultimately all it would do is hurt her feelings and make me look bad/unappreciative. I feel like a lot of baby boomers don't grasp the concept of 8 bucks an hour being nothing since their first job was like for $2.50 an hour or some shit. Just seems easier to avoid than awkwardly explain that she fucked me and I'm no longer interested.
