A world that forgot about free will.

"We need to change our culture to..."

Many already do that. If you're not and want that, change yourself. The idea that there's a "we" that "needs" to do something else it cant happen is both incorrect and the only thing holding people back from doing that in their own life. No permission or force on others needed, just do what you want w people who agree to work w you and use force on no one. It's really basic.

Humans are individuals, not a collective; there's no need to do anything but be honest about nature. No one needs to unnaturally identify as something they naturally are not nor is that at all a requirement of empathy.

Individuals have sole, full control over their own actions and none over anyone else's. Individuals who try to exert control over others bc of their personally felt (always w imperfect information) real or perceived need of others are the cause of all tyranny & slavery that's ever existed and ever will exist. Individuals alone know what's in their best interest. Operating on the basis of that truth & voluntary interaction is what differentiates freedom from slavery.

So, for example, you can start a group to offer whatever service it is you think people need. Those interested can sign up to pay for whatever services you offer if they so choose. Thats a way to build what you want and not use force on others. If you get a lot of people to sign up, great - people decided what was in their interest was the same as yours. If they dont, you learn your interests differ from most people's and/or cant compete w other options available to free people. That's ok too. Either way you built instead of destroyed, and didnt use force on or take from others. That's a win.
