AITA for posting really publicly about a nasty sign on my dorm room door and about who did it?

It’s not wrong to say the stuff you’ve seen and been through. It’s not wrong to say how those things made you feel. What’s wrong is the medium you chose to do it through.

Yes, them putting that sign on your door was embarrassing for you. But that’s not to say that you posting what they did on social media where it can follow them through their careers isn’t also embarrassing for them. What you did has the potential to have huge implications on their lives. What they did would have stayed within the confines of your dorm.

It’s not nice to be bullied. No one likes it and no one should have to put up with it. If you had gone through the proper channels and then been told it wasn’t bullying then you could have gone one step higher in the college.

In this case, ESH.
