Your sister's husband is an ass for trying force relgion on you in YOUR own home at YOUR dinner. Who does that? Your sister is an ass for not apologizing. But youre an asshole too. The hatred you have against your sister is uncalled for. Just because they talk about Jesus a lot, doesn't make them an asshole. And you assuming she has no other interests shows what a poor relationship you have with her. Everyone has a hobby. I mean, whens the last time you asked her "So, do you have any hobbies you've been getting into?" or "So have you been doing anything outside of church"? I assure you she has a hobby, you just dont care enough to ask about it. Relationships, even non romantic ones, are two sided, and it seems like you're putting nothing into you and your sisters relationship. When she brings up church, its because its a conversation starter. She wants to talk to you, she just has a hard time relating with you. Id also apoligize for the outburst if I were you, even if you dont think you did anything wrong(It sounds worse than it is. Sometimes you just have to do this in life.). Apolgizing would be a good way to get an apology back from your sister and repair your guy's relationship. If she doesnt apologize back, than thats a different story, but from what I've heard, she most likely will. Id also advise you to explain to them why you were hpset in your apology, but dont use your reasoning as an excuse. Use it as an explanation. It will sound less backhanded.
