AITA for talking about my eating disorder openly with friends who talk about their mental health?

NTA, with that said though I may be biased because I was in a similiar friend group. They all had EDs in the past and all of us also suffered from depression. Only me and one other person suffered from EDs at the time of this friendship, but I was scared to talk about it and he played it off as just being keto. If I was to bring up anything involving eating, weight loss, or the like, I was attacked for triggering them. I was confused because I thought that they would understand what I was going through, but since they had all recovered, all I was doing was seen as bragging about weight loss and glorifying it. Nobody cared about our other friend talking about his eating habits because it was a "healthy diet" ( he recently opened up that it was just a cover for anorexia ). Just reading this gave me flashbacks to that horrible friend group and I feel like I had to vent.

Your friends sound close-minded and on a high-horse about mental health. It is disappointing that EDs are not given the same treatment when talking about them as some other mental health disorders. EDs are constantly compared to attention-seeking and prideful people. I'm sorry you had to go through this
