Aita for telling my daughter that she can't have kids while she still lives in my house

NTA If she wants a child, then she can have one...in her own home. Just because it's not your baby doesn't mean you won't be responsible. People who put the cart before the horse (baby before a home) won't hesitate to use you as a babysitter, maid, shopper of groceries, etc. Look how they are acting right after a reasonable discussion about the future, like children instead of adults. Ignoring you and pouting because they can't have have their way. You could point this back at her just as easily. She is being selfish for not even pausing to reflect how this would affect you and your husband. Just "give me what I want or i'll be mad." how immature.

It's not being selfish, it's being sensible. It's your home and your life. Don't let others tell you what to do with it no matter who they are.
