AITA for telling my mom no?

My mom got mad and said that it was selfish of me for not inconveniencing myself when she had to for me several times.

What exactly did she have to inconvenience herself for? If it was just because she had to be an actual parent and raise you and be there for you and help you then she sucks for this comment alone.

She broke down in therapy screaming that I keep putting up boundaries.

It seems shes mad because your boundaries bother her. Any normal parent would be proud of their child for putting up boundaries.

NTA at all, but your mom getting this upset over you not wanting anyone coming by at YOUR apartment for any reason is absolutely absurd. Even if you didnt have a reason, "no" is a complete sentence. She should learn to accept that.
