AITA for tipping $20 on a $600 1.5 oz pour of bourbon?

YTA Some bars and restaurants have tip out systems, if they have bus boys, cooks, etc. Tip out systems are essentially when the servers and bartenders give a certain percent of their tips to bus boys and cooks. Some restaurants have the bartenders tip out 1-5% of their total sales. So since the total sales will be really high after selling a $600 shot of bourbon, he would have to tip out a lot more. So if he tips out 5% for that shot, that means he tips out $30. So you’re screwing him over because he’s tipping out more than he even made, because you went well below 20%. He should have hypothetically got 20%, tipped out 5%, and been left with 15%, instead of being negative at the end of the night.
