NTA, your daughter needs to learn to not bully others based on her own insecurities. Self esteem is a major issue and I’m sorry to hear she’s being teased, I myself am often very insecure but it’s not excuse to treat others badly and the sooner she learns this the better off she’ll be. I would advise not providing her with plastic surgery, at least not til she is older and even then it’s something I feel she should save up and pay for herself. You could instead pay for therapy/counselling. No amount of plastic surgery will fix the way she sees herself, fix her mind then ‘fix’ whatever else.
