That is just one of Hilarys skirt the rules issues. You say she wasn't running because she hadn't announced she was. Everyone in America other than the Hilary camp knows she was actively running even though it wasn't announced yet.

She assembled a campaign staff, thats's running.

She had them scout locations for a headquarters, that's running.

She announced who would be on her staff, thats's running.

She went through literally every motion someone running actively does with the exception of making it official only so she could squeeze on more speech in.

That would be like me saying yes I'm competing in the Olympic trials and winning them all, but no I'm not on my way to the Olympics.

Yes I'm booking a flight and hotel where they are located, but no I'm not on my way to the Olympics.

Yes, I'm taking a cab to the airport to catch a plane that travels to the Olympics, but no I'm not on my way.

In every scenario, just like Hilary, I wouldn't be lying because UNTIL MY PLANE TAKES OFF (I announce I'm running) I'm simply not on my way.

Until you can explain how Hilary can play these childish technicality games I think this discussion is over.

That's because she's the only person in history to kickstart her campaign, refuse to announce it, and took money for more speeches at a time she knew she was running. She accepted money knowing she is running which the rules clearly don't allow.

She didn't like the rules, so she simply ignored telling anyone she was running to skirt the rules.

She didn't fool anybody except you and a handful of people that deny reality.
